Brief and approach
Harness Property Intelligence had a product that needed to be a reality. As the co-founders came from a property background, and had a lot of ambitious ideas, we came on board to facilitate the product for launch ensuring we were coming to market with a product that would be useful and obtain the companies KPIs for growth and learning.
We conducted workshops and user studies to get an understanding of what people look for when researching commercial property. Given the lifecycle is long and not overly frequent, it was vital we launched and understood the offline conversations that users were having.
After gathering user patterns with members of the company, we went away and came back with our recommendation for the product. We also developed a design system to ensure their development team could ramp up features and pages easily without too much design guess work or technical debt.
Harness were a great company to work with and I wish them all the best for their future endeavours.
